About Us

Our team

We're a small, hands-on team that makes everything fresh daily — our salsas, our marinades, our aguas frescas. Every plate that leaves our kitchen is one we'd serve our own family.

Our history

Señor Fox started with a dream and two hands. Our owner built this taquería himself, piece by piece, before the first taco was ever served. That same hands-on care goes into every dish we serve here in Waterford today.

Our specialities

We're known for our quesabirria with warm consommé, traditional tacos, sizzling fajitas, Fox Nachos, and our homemade caldos — menudo, pozole, carne en su jugo, and caldo de marisco. And every Tuesday: $2 mini tacos for Taco Tuesday.
